A fully self-contained kitchen is available. Cook your breakfast provisions including free-range eggs, locally made bread and tomatoes or indulge in homemade muesli. From your window watch the hustle and bustle of the Paris end of Charles Street in peaceful comfort.
Choose from a selection of coffees, chai, hot chocolate and fresh coffee pods for the Gaggia espresso machine. -
Sleeping
The Studio features a king-size bedroom with a double king size bed, TV and a range of magazines and DVD’s. A pillow menu allows you a choice of pillow to suit your taste which is accompanied by fresh crispy white linen and soft microfiber dressing gowns.

A contemporary bathroom, featuring a Tasmanian oak and huon pine veneer door, offers a deep soaking bath/spa with shower overhead coupled with a range of Melle Beauty Tasmanian-made toiletries, fluffy towels and hairdryer.

Outdoor Living
A courtyard is available with access to a BBQ for summer dining. Café Mondello is just through the gate offering outdoor dining and an ever-changing blackboard menu. If you order breakfast from the Café, it can even be delivered to your door.
